Our flagship restaurant is a celebration of British seasonal produce elevated to an art form. Executive Chef Laurent Beaumont brings three decades of Michelin-starred experience to a menu that changes with every season, honouring the finest ingredients the British Isles and beyond have to offer.

The seven-course tasting menu is a journey — paired with wines selected by our sommelier team from a cellar of over 3,200 references. For a more relaxed experience, à la carte dining is available throughout the evening service.

Amber Lounge Bar

Named for the warm amber glow of its backlit spirit wall, The Amber Lounge is the heart of Elite Hotel Resort's social life. More than 400 whisky expressions — from rare Scotch single malts to Japanese age statements — line the shelves, alongside an extraordinary collection of aged rums, cognacs and tequilas.

Our bar team creates seasonal cocktail menus that read like short stories, each with a narrative rooted in British culture, history and landscape. Live jazz and acoustic performances Thursday through Sunday create an atmosphere that is simultaneously refined and gloriously alive.

Perched thirty floors above the city, our glass-enclosed rooftop terrace offers what many consider to be London's finest vantage point. Whether you visit in the golden light of a summer evening or wrapped in the mystery of a winter night, the Skyline Terrace is simply magical.

Our champagne programme features over 60 references, with a focus on prestige cuvées and rare vintages. Light bites from our rooftop kitchen complement the experience perfectly — think caviar service, Cornish dressed crab and our legendary truffle arancini.
