• Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a booking reference
• A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all reservations
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before arrival will receive a full refund
• Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival may be subject to a one-night cancellation fee
• No-shows will be charged for the full reservation
• The Company reserves the right to refuse service or admission at its absolute discretion

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking.
